We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Media Buyer to support our performance marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital advertising and data-driven marketing.

About this role:

  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Track daily campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign results to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support in budget allocation, pacing, and ensuring campaign goals are met.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive. The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential brands and clients, pitching digital marketing solutions, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency and a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem.

About this role:

  • Identify, reach out to, and generate leads for potential clients needing digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing services.
  • Pitch our agency’s services to startups, SMEs, and brands through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, or in-person meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and customize pitches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain and update a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
